Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy describes what the Synvize website actually collects. Once the company is registered we will add the legal name and company number, and adjust this page to match the services we actually run.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, organisation (optional), enquiry type, the description you write, timeline (optional), budget range (optional), a relevant link (optional), and a record of your consent.

Technical data: to prevent abuse, the server briefly processes the source IP of a submission for rate limiting. We do not keep it linked to your identity.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and builds no cross-site identifier.

How we use it

Form data is used only to reply to your enquiry and any follow-up it requires. It is not added to a marketing list, sold or exchanged.

Where a third-party service (for example an email or form delivery provider) handles your message, it is limited to what delivery requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after at most 24 months. Records related to active collaboration are kept as required by contract and law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent. Contact us at the address below.

Analytics

We only record aggregate usage events (such as navigation clicks and whether a form submission succeeded) under data minimisation, and never form content. If we ever adopt analytics that require cookies, we will update this page and offer a consent choice first.
